The Partnership is involved in the project "Affordable Housing"
The Partnership is involved in implementing the national project "Affordable housing".
The Federal agency of construction, housing and housing services of the Russian Federation (Rosstroy) commissioned the Partnership in 2003-2005 to develop a methodological framework for measuring the quality of housing services. The purpose of the commission was to develop criteria to determine the allocation of payment for utility services relating to their quality. The All-Russia forum "Affordable Housing", held in the Moscow President Hotel on June 29, 2005, gave universal approval to the proposed methodology. The core ideas were published in the journal "Housing" №7 in 2004 and №1 in 2005.
The Partnership offers consulting services relating to the allocation of fees for maintenance, repairs, housing and utilities under articles 156, 157 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. >>>
Consulting services for the creation and certification of quality management systems in housing according to ISO 9001:2000
An analysis of world practices showed that companies using quality management systems conforming to international standard ISO 9001:2000 found themselves favourably beyond the competition. These companies made a breakthrough on internal and external markets using the advantage of consistently high quality products, goods and services.
The Partnership provides consulting services for the creation and certification of companies involved in quality management of housing services that meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
